Some Memories Last Forever - seeing this picture makes me heart melt, the little wonders this cite have given to me will always be in my heart at all times and in memories.. *wishing I was there again now, as always I will do*

Of all wonders I seen and live in, perhaps this beautiful lid up wall would be deepest in my heart. Crossing it everyday as sunrise and sundown after work, its just magnificent. The feeling off being there seeing this again would definitely put a smile in me and a touch to my heart. Even now wanting to try expressing it form the deepest of my heart, is just not possible cause the heart will only feel it when its there.

And at times its really does makes you feel like as if you’re back in the medieval time of Carcassonne. Really, if you do have the chance to be there, be there to see what I seen, believe me - its WOW!

—> and to my junior’s of ADC3 that is living in Carcassonne now, do cherish the time being there as for yourself and with the rest. I know you work long hours and there might be nothing much there but when you look back in a year later you will definitely wanna be back there as badly as I do now.

21 August 2011 - A Year in Memories. The Journey Begins Here.

In memories of this date, to me its always exciting and at the same time nerve wrecking.

Nevertheless, without this two french men in whites, this memories wouldn’t have been here, to Chef Frederic Cerchi and Chef Francois Loubet - Thank you for all you have done in the year I spent with you and not forgetting the Chef’s and lectures of ADC at Taylor’s - especially to Chef Karam & Chef Farouk, alongside with Chef Pascal, Monsieur Pierre and Madam Clair, our external lecture,examiner and jury that flew in all the way from Academie de Toulouse, France, at the same time hosted us and taken cared of us when we were there like family.

This memories, experience and the friendship build, it’s all because of you, without you who am I, I wouldn’t have been where I been. The one opportunity given by you, is embarking me and my team to France have never show us more then anyone that have could in that short period of time.

Carcassonne will always be with me in my heart by memories and for so I promise myself, that I will go back to the beautiful cite in a cite yearly as a memorable give to myself and at the same time a must to visit back to Le Parc and Chef Putelat.

And also to my team - Jess, Apple, Kim Leun (my partner), Ivan and Siang - Its been the greatest time for me, sharing this journey with you all. In hope of memories, I wish we could all go back there together as a team every year.
